This is coaching — led by a licensed therapist. You’ll receive psychoeducation, mindset frameworks, and practical tools drawn from Julissa’s 10+ years of clinical experience. It’s not diagnosis or treatment, but it is deeply therapeutic in nature — helping you understand and rewire your patterns so you can lead with clarity.
Almost every client is — until they realize how powerful it feels to be seen and supported by others who understand. This space is built for vulnerability and growth, not performance. You’ll quickly discover that everyone in the group is navigating similar struggles and that community is one of the most healing parts of the journey.
You’ll meet bi-weekly for 75-minute group calls and have private 1:1 sessions scheduled between. Expect about 1–2 hours per week, including integration, journaling, or assigned exercises. The goal isn’t to add pressure — it’s to build rhythm and consistency into your leadership practice.
